Upon registration, you will be required to complete the xbjil KYC process before your first withdrawal is processed. You agree to notify xbjil immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. xbjil will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your Account prior to your notification to us, provided that such unauthorized use did not result from xbjil's own negligence or breach.
xbjil recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account for additional security. This feature is available in your Account security settings.
All financial transactions on the xbjil Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). xbjil supports the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at xbjil's discretion.
Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your Account in real time. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect. xbjil does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. All withdrawals are subject to completion of the KYC verification process. xbjil aims to process approved withdrawals within twenty-four (24) hours; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment method and volume of requests. xbjil reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
Withdrawal Restrictions: Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the xbjil Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. xbjil reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
xbjil may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to Players from time to time. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all xbjil promotions:
xbjil reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute regarding a promotion, xbjil's decision shall be final and binding.
Any Player found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting promotional terms, or engaging in low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements — will have their Bonus Funds forfeited and their Account suspended or permanently closed.

xbjil reserves the right to void any Wager that was placed in error, placed on an event with an incorrect price due to a technical error, or placed in circumstances that xbjil reasonably believes constitute fraud or abuse. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's Account balance.
For sports betting, xbjil's sportsbook covers PBA, NBA, UFC, boxing, football, and other sporting events. All odds are subject to change prior to the commencement of an event. Once a Wager is confirmed, the odds at the time of placement are locked in, except where a Wager is voided in accordance with these Terms.
xbjil is not responsible for any interruption to live streaming or live in-play betting services caused by factors outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet connectivity issues, third-party data feed failures, or force majeure events.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the xbjil Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Account balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:
All content on the xbjil Platform — including but not limited to the xbjil brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of xbjil or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without xbjil's prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, xbjil's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
xbjil shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if xbjil has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
xbjil does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.
xbjil collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
xbjil will not sell your personal data to third parties. Your data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law or as necessary to operate the Platform.

Upon Account closure for breach of these Terms, xbjil reserves the right to forfeit any Account balance, including both real-money funds and Bonus Funds. Where an Account is closed for reasons other than breach — such as at the Player's own request — any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable period.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting xbjil support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
xbjil operates within the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall be construed to limit or exclude any rights you may have under applicable Philippine consumer protection or gaming legislation.
